Ceramics & Glass

Our quarterly Fine sales always include a broad selection of traditional ceramics, pottery and glass. We have an excellent reputation for the prices achieved for ceramics and glass in our monthly Interiors sales, whilst our Art & Design sales attract collectors of 20^th century items. Our sales include pieces ranging from 16^th century Italian maiolica, 17^th and 18^th century delftware to well-known 18^th and 19^th century manufacturers such as Chelsea, Bow, Worcester, Wedgwood, Meissen and Sèvres as well as traditional Staffordshire pottery.

Antique glass, or vintage glass as it is often referred to, has also performed well at auction in recent years. Items which are particularly early, unusual or produced by the finest craftsmen or workshop, tend to command the highest prices.
