Condition Report

The painting is executed in oil on a small wooden panel, formed from a single board with the woodgrain running horizontally. The paint layers are in a good condition overall. There is a localised area of overpaint above the mountain in the background which is well matched. The varnish is even, glossy and slightly yellowed.
