A late Regency mahogany scissor action dining table in the manner of Gillows

the rectangular drop flap top with one additional leaf, on ring turned and reeded legs with brass castors
74 x 170 x 106cm fully extended

Condition Report

when extended with leaves inserted the table bows slightly, the scissor action is a bit low for the top so the centre drops and the ends appear raised
General knocks and scratches as you would expect with use, the top is a bit sun faded with multiple indents
Scissor action with varying degrees of historic wood worm
Two areas of moulding missing from the top of the leg
