Robert Wallace Martin for the Martin Brothers, a stoneware bird jar and cover

modelled as a pensive Wally Bird with a broad downturned beak, matte and gloss glazed in shades of ochre, blue and green, mounted to a later turned socle base, incised 'R.W. Martin Bros. London & Southall. 4.5.1905.' to the collar of the cover and further signed to the integral stoneware base

Condition Report

No visible damage or restoration, the front of the body has a matte finish, similarly between the shoulder blades, the remainder is glazed - see additional images.
Just under 22cm high excluding the base.
