A Waterford Crystal vase, together with another glass vase

Condition Report
The Waterford vase has minor chiping to the rim and the cut exterior. There is markings and scratches throughout - please see images. The other vase has a minor chip to the rim and the base, and water staining to the interior,which is visible.
