Condition Report
The painting is unsigned, however, there is an ink inscription on the verso. Please refer to the photos for this. The painting has been cleaned and re-varnished with no visible tears or holes to the board. There are some signs of abrasions where the board has been in contact with the frame. Furthermore, there are striations under the paint layer which is in keeping with the natural form of the millboard. A date has not been identified for the artwork.
