Condition Report

The painting is executed in oil on a canvas support which appears to be lined. The canvas tension is slightly slack and there are minor undulations across the surface. The paint layers are in a stable condition overall. The network of age craquelure is slightly raised in areas but secure. The varnish has yellowed with age but is even and semi-glossy with a light layer of surface dirt present. Minor retouching is present covering age cracks.
