Condition Report

The painting is executed in oil on a canvas support which has not been lined. The canvas tension is good and the picture is in plane. The paint layer is stable and secure apart from a localised area of small paint losses in the sky. The surface of the painting is very matte with pale splashes across the surface. There is a slight bloom to the surface in the darker areas.
